Dolly Parton Album

When tasked to come up with an album to design a cover and campaign for, I immediately thought of Dolly Parton’s single Jolene. While it may not be a full album, I had a really strong idea for the cover and wanted to pursue it. I created a devilish woman to represent Jolene, and using an older photo of Dolly, I made her look more angelic to represent the dichotomy between them in the song, while including the color palette of the original cover when the song was released.

The Giver

The original posters for the movie adaptation of The Giver felt lacking in the sense that they didn’t reflect to the viewer themes and topics The Giver really covers, and I wanted to display that in the posters and marketing I recreated. Using themes of the silencing of self-identity included in both the movie and the book, as well as the apple seen and used by Jonas (the protagonist), I created posters that better fit the theme and overall identity of the film.

Depop Ad Campaign

This project was to dip my toes into animating graphics and add some movement to my repertoire. I animated the logo for Depop, a secondhand thrifting app for clothes and accessories. Alongside the animated logo, I created a marketing campaign with two Instagram posts, a billboard graphic, and a poster ad using some of the current brand identity of Depop and adding my own touch to make it unique.
